The Park Werribee is an Eatery, Bar and Function venue looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Bistro Manager. If you are looking for a fast-paced and exciting opportunity to further your career, then don't miss your chance.

You must be:

- Dedicated and hard working, with the ability to work a rotating roster.
- Must be well organised and have great attention to detail
- Looking for a long term and stable employer that can bring your skills to the next level

You must have:

- A background in either Gastropub or high volume café
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Have a desire for personal growth
- A passion for great dining experiences
- Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to implement procedure
- Excellent customer service skills
- A friendly and inviting personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Barista experience
- A passion for quality service and food
- Bar knowledge & cocktails skills would be an advantage
