**Who are we?**

The Park Hotel Werribee is an on-trend Eatery, Bar, Function & Entertainment Venue looking for an experienced enthusiastic individual to join our senior management team. We are seeking a Bistro Manager to join our fast-paced, exciting environment and become a unique part of the Western Suburbs - One that has become a community hub for people who love great beer, amazing food, awesome company and a great time.

**Who are you?**

Someone who has Bistro Management experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering great service. You will also be able to maintain an incredible balance of getting things done AND delivering an epic experience to our customers. As a Bistro Manager you will be responsible for supporting your Front Of House Manager & Management team in operating a successful family owned business.

**You must be**:

- Dedicated and hard working, with the ability to work a rotating roster.
- Must be well organised and have great attention to detail.
- Looking for a long term and stable employer that can bring your skills to the next level.

**You must have**:

- A background in either Gastropub or high volume café
- Barista experience
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Have a desire for personal growth
- A passion for great dining experiences
- Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to implement procedure
- Excellent customer service skills
- A friendly and inviting personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- A passion for quality service and food
- Bar knowledge & cocktails skills would be an advantage
