**About the opportunity**

A venue that is known for hosting small to large scale events across corporate and leisure segments of the event industry are looking for a leader with proven experience in event execution.

You will get the support and mentoring required from a General Manager when carrying out event preparation, assisting with event administration & coordination, executing run sheets, training front of house staff, and managing guest experience feedback.

Our client is an established, multi outlet operation based in the Western Suburbs, boasting a bistro, bar, and several function & event spaces.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous function management experience is essential
- A professional who has standout customer service and clientele management skills
- Solutions focused leader on a technical and emotional level
- Standards focused leader who knows how to read the room and manage the floor with their team
- Upbeat personality, excellent people skills, and well mannered professional who understands how to connect with people on all levels -_ from entry level employees to dealing with CEO clients_
