The Role
This opportunity is a full-time permanent role based in Melbourne.
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in successfully implementing Recruitment Marketing and ATS software solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to our proven Implementation Methodology. This role involves consulting with customers on system design and configuration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborating with peers. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong customer base, engaging effectively with stakeholders, and maximizing ongoing product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to successfully implement and configure PageUp Recruitment Marketing System ensuring solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and coordinating between clients, internal experts, and third parties.
- Empower clients through the implementation process to ensure they are in a position to get the most out of PageUp's solution post-go-live.
- Deliver projects that meet agreed outcomes, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimisation, and enhanced customer outcomes.
- Support the development and delivery of Recruitment Marketing optimisation initiatives and service packages that drive value for customers.
About You
- At least 4 years of experience in customer facing roles, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Prior experience in Talent Management or Recruitment systems is essential.

- Ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders through clear, concise and timely communication

Please note that the salary range for this role is between $80,000-$100,000 base per annum.
