Are you hands-on, reliable, and love working outdoors in a beautiful environment?

We're looking for a dedicated Pool Maintenance Officer to help maintain our state-of-the-art aquatic facilities and ensure our guests enjoy a 5-star experience.


The Role

As our Pool Maintenance Officer, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and smooth operation of our pools, spa, and waterpark.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Regular water testing and accurate chemical documentation
  • Daily plant room checks and system maintenance
  • Cleaning and upkeep of pools, spa, and waterpark areas
  • Troubleshooting filtration or equipment issues
  • Supporting general maintenance across the resort
  • Adhering to safety protocols and resort procedures
  • Early morning starts

The Candidate

We're seeking someone who is proactive, dependable, and takes pride in their work. You'll be comfortable working outdoors and within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience with pool testing and maintenance
  • General maintenance or handyman skills
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks
  • Flexibility to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing needs
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
