The Role:

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Reservations Agent to join our office-based team. This is a behind-the-scenes role, but it's a vital first point of contact for our guests. Whether it's answering questions, processing bookings, or resolving issues, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for a guest's entire stay.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage bookings: new reservations, changes, cancellations, and general enquiries
  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly, warmly, and professionally
  • Accurately enter bookings into our system (NewBook PMS)
  • Upsell accommodation, add-ons, and booking extensions when appropriate
  • Communicate clearly with other team members and resort departments

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous admin experience is ideal – but we're happy to train the right person
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Confident using phones, computers, and typing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player who's also comfortable working independently
  • Availability for 3–4 shifts per week (including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays)
  • Shifts vary between 7am–7pm and fluctuate across seasons
