Are you someone who takes pride in delivering great service and enjoys working independently outdoors? North Brisbane Pool Care is seeking a motivated and reliable Pool Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a friendly, supportive crew servicing both residential and commercial clients.


About the Role

As a Pool Technician, you'll be the face of North Brisbane Pool Care, providing top-notch pool servicing and maintenance throughout North Lakes and surrounding suburbs. You'll be supported with the tools, training, and team backing you need to succeed.


Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Performing regular pool cleaning and maintenance – including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and balancing chemical levels
  • Troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters
  • Communicating clearly with clients, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate service records and reporting on pool conditions
  • Assisting with installation of new equipment when required
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience or qualifications in pool maintenance and/or equipment repair (preferred but not essential – we'll train the right person)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
