We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.What this opportunity involves:We now have an exciting opportunity for a Property Service Coordinator to join one of our outstanding client portfolio teams based in CanberraThe Helpdesk manages client requests regarding property and facilities repairs and maintenance.  They are charged with ensuring that each and every caller's request is managed from inception to completion and payment (if appropriate) to the satisfaction of the client. You will work on a rostered shift basis.Key responsibilities:Answer all incoming calls from multi-client portfolio.Ensure that requests are addressed in an expeditious mannerAnalyse callers needs and implement the best strategy to respondMeasure costs against established service provider guidelinesVerify and track work orders to completionApprove invoices, arrange payment, interface with AP department and manage vendor payment queriesTake ownership for the ultimate resolution of the customer's problemContract DocumentationSystem process and work flow managementSubcontractor Management and NegotiationsInformation Systems ApplicationsSound like the job you are looking for?
