Interior Designer/Stylist Position

Elements Property Styling has been operating in the Canberra and surrounding district for over 6 years styling houses for sale. We pride ourselves on our friendly, high-quality service and are seeking a full-time stylist to join the team.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Stylist to help us create exceptional designs that exceed our clients' expectations, with an exceptional eye for detail and creative flair to bring each new clients home to life, creating engaging displays and merchandise presentations to inspire buyers. The applicant should have a love for real estate, design, and a passion for all things interiors.

The successful candidate will:
  • Be part of a TEAM of stylists and furniture movers
  • Be collaborating with the team to develop customised styling solutions that meet the customers' requirements
  • Receive creative direction from the company Director
  • Execute styling plans that showcase the property's unique features, enhance its appeal, and create an emotional connection with potential buyers
  • As part of the team, undertake the installation and setup of styling furniture and accessories, ensuring that the design is executed to the highest standards
  • Collaborating with the team to develop innovative staging solutions and stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in the industry
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Will be personable, friendly and have a professional demeanour
  • Have a consistent level of pride in your work and see the job through to completion
  • Will be able to lift and move furniture, as we all help with getting bits and pieces into properties, and handle our merchandise carefully
  • Be able to support the work of the team maintaining the order within the warehouse

The role is a casual position working Monday to Friday from 9am, with hours varying, minimum of 3 hours. Rate of pay is $32 per hour.

You must present clean and tidy to meet the demands of our clients, as you will be working on client premises and representing Elements property Styling. We believe in creating a fun and positive work environment, where our team feels valued and respected. We believe in supporting our staff
