Currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Administrator to provide end-to-end leasing and contract administration services across commercial and retail assets. This role is integral to ensuring accurate lease management, revenue recovery, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation and its associated entities.

Your new role

  • Manage full life cycle lease administration, including new agreements, variations and terminations.
  • Prepare agreement summaries outlining financial and legal obligations for internal review.
  • Maintain and update the commercial tenancy management system to ensure accurate revenue tracking and compliance.
  • Monitor lease terms, obligations, and critical dates, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Issue formal notices including rent increases and building outgoings.
  • Finalise transactions including execution and secure storage of agreements.
  • Process rent rolls and ad hoc recoveries.
  • Maintain bank guarantee registers and support annual revenue budget preparation.
  • Liaise with internal teams for audits, revenue recovery, and general enquiries.
  • Attend the ACT Land Titles Office for registration of relevant documents (as required).
  • Support the General Counsel and Heads of Business with leasing documentation, review of terms, and drafting from templates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal and property teams
