We are looking for someone with the ability to lead the company, filling the role of General Manager, overseeing a team of approximately 10 people.

Our ideal candidate would possess the following skills listed below:

  • Previous experience in staff leadership type role
  • Previous experience in customer management
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Background in estimating / sales of Metal Fabrication
  • Basic general knowledge of Powder Coating process
  • Ability to liaise with both customers & staff with ease
  • Quality focussed & attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
