Brand Manager

Brief Description
The role
Join a growing, high-performing marketing team as Brand Manager, where you'll drive the Budget Direct brand across TV, radio, digital, outdoor, and social media. This is a hands-on role — you'll be involved in all stages of TV production, from briefing and research to filming and post-production. You'll also lead multi-channel campaigns, ensuring compliance, brand consistency, and maximum impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and optimize brand campaigns across all channels.
• Lead TV ad production: script approvals, on-set presence, and post-production oversight.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Underwriting, Media) and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and project plans.
• Drive innovation and efficiency, leveraging AI tools and marketing automation.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
• Work with external research providers to monitor the brand and provide insight to the business to guide the brand strategy.

What Experience You'll Bring

• 8+ years in brand, ATL, or marketing roles with proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience in financial services marketing (insurance experience highly regarded).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and agency management skills.
• Advanced analytical, reporting, and financial management capabilities.
• Creative flair with strong copywriting ability.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, business, or a related discipline.
