Project & Change Manager

Brief Description
The role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Projects & Change within our Partnerships & Alliances team, you'll lead the delivery of key initiatives that underpin the success of our White Label and Alliance Insurance Products. You'll work across a variety of delivery methodologies to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to strategic projects – helping deliver value to our partners and customers alike.

This isn't a pure tech project role – it's about navigating complex people and process environments, coordinating with external partners, and influencing outcomes in a regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery across insurance partnership initiatives
• Adapt delivery approach to suit each project (agile, hybrid, or traditional)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet performance goals
• Support compliance with risk, control, and contractual obligations
• Drive continuous improvement through retros, stakeholder feedback and delivery metrics
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including executives, operations teams, and consultants
• Manage delivery timelines, risk mitigation and clear, transparent reporting

What Experience You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally in financial services or a highly regulated environment
• Comfortable working across delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Experience working with third-party vendors or partners (highly desirable)
• Certifications in Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP
