In the role As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll lead a team of three direct reports and oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across Australia.

This is a diverse, fast-paced role where you'll manage multiple brands and categories, taking responsibility for brand strategy, new product launches, digital transformation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Drive integrated marketing strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and market share.
  • Partner with Product and Innovation teams to launch new products with compelling go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion brand presence across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including CRM, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, paid media and social media.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and external partnerships.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team.

About You

We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven marketing professional with:

  • 8+ years' experience in marketing or brand management, ideally across both B2C and B2B environments.
  • Proven success in leading digital and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience in launching new products and driving category growth.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
