As Emergency Management Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in shaping emergency preparedness and response across one of Melbourne's most dynamic and rapidly growing municipalities. You will make an impact by
- Supporting the development and implementation of emergency management plans and programs.
- Assisting in fire management planning and annual inspection programs.
- Providing strategic advice and coordination across Council and community stakeholders.
- Promoting emergency management education and awareness initiatives.
- Contributing to Council's readiness and response capabilities during emergency events.
What you will bring
- A sound understanding of emergency management principles and practices.
