passionate and skilled teacher for a full-time role, commencing immediately and
continuing for the rest of 2025, focused on student support across both primary
and secondary levels at both Heritage College campuses.

This position includes:

  • 0.6
    FTE Academic Intervention ? Providing targeted literacy and numeracy
    support for students who require additional assistance.
  • 0.4
    FTE Mental Health & Wellbeing Support (Primary) ? Working as part
    of our established wellbeing team to facilitate and support mental health
    initiatives within the primary school.

The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:

  • Support
    whole-school wellbeing and resilience through proactive, evidence-based strategies
    aligned with PB4L Tier
    1 practices.
  • Deliver targeted small-group and individual interventions for emerging mental health and behavioural needs in line with PB4L Tier 2 supports.
  • Plan,
    deliver and assess an intervention program which extends students?
    engagement and achievement, and accurately report on achievements.
  • Provide targeted small-group and
    individual interventions to support students requiring
    additional assistance in literacy and numeracy across Primary and
    Secondary.
