Job Summary

The Property Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the maintenance, presentation, and operational upkeep of EPIISOD Macquarie Park. This role focuses on Maintenance, Repairs, Asset Management, and Risk & Safety Management to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and welcoming for all residents and stakeholders.


Job Description
  • Deliver day-to-day maintenance services to ensure all facilities remain in excellent condition.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance enquiries and service requests.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, apartments, and common areas, arranging any required repairs or cleaning.
  • Support the Accommodation Manager with annual and lifecycle maintenance planning, preventative maintenance scheduling, and asset management activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, assets, and inventories using the property management system (StarRez).
  • Assist with contractor coordination and performance monitoring to ensure services meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to risk management and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with OHS and emergency procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with residents, staff, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in general facilities or property maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within property, accommodation, or facilities environments.
  • Trade qualification in Electrical, Communications, HVAC, Building/Construction, Fire, or Mechanical (highly regarded).
  • OH&S, Risk, or Safety-related qualifications (highly regarded).
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
