Position Purpose

Working closely with the Bespoke Learning team, the broader Academy team and subject
matter experts, this position is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of
bespoke learning programs and driving continuous process improvement to enhance
efficiency, quality, and member experience.

The role actively identifies, analyses, and implements improvements across planning,
logistics and program administration to ensure bespoke courses are delivered
seamlessly, on time, and in alignment with client needs and Academy standards.
By embedding a culture of innovation and operational excellence, the position ensures
that tailored learning solutions consistently meet the evolving needs of member
businesses.

Key responsibilities include

  • Coordinate the delivery of bespoke learning
    programs, including planning, scheduling,
    logistics, participant communications, and
    facilitator support.
  • Set up bespoke learning programs on the
    Academy LMS, including registrations,
    participant instructions, and help resources
  • Identify facilitators and industry speakers (from
    the existing pool where possible) to deliver
    learning programs within set timelines.
  • Identify, analyse, and implement process
    improvements to enhance the efficiency,
    consistency, and quality of bespoke program
    delivery.
  • Develop and maintain governance and standard
    operating procedures (SOPs) to embed best
    practice and reduce reliance on single points of
    knowledge
  • Work closely with internal teams—including
    marketing and Technology and Digital —to
    ensure smooth program promotion, client
    engagement, diversity of presenters and
    delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions,
    project plans, budgets, and evaluation results in
    CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Complete all administrative tasks—CRM notes,
    expenses, leave scheduling, performance planning, and mandatory training—within agreed
    timeframes

The ideal candidate will have

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with high accuracy.

Strong background in process improvement and scalable solutions.

Experience in events and program coordination with diverse internal and external
stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM, LMS, Microsoft Office and financial administration.

Strong organisational and logistics planning skills.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication across varied audiences.

Desirable: Knowledge of adult learning principles
Basic instructional design, Strong digital literacy
