About the role

We are seeking a skilled Horticulturist & Property Maintenance professional to join our team at Greenlands Landscaping & Property Maintenance. This full-time position is based in Gordon NSW 2072 and will see you taking on a vital role in maintaining the green spaces and outdoor areas for our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular horticultural maintenance, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and fertilising gardens and lawns
  • Providing expertise in plant care and selection, ensuring the health and aesthetic appeal of our clients' outdoor spaces
  • Performing general property maintenance tasks such as clearing gutters, minor repairs, and cleaning
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and delivering high-quality service
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of landscaping plans and projects
  • Prioritising safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in Horticulture or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of horticultural practices and property maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address issues
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
