About the Role

As a key member of our New Business team, you will be responsible for

  • Accountable for leading the coordination, writing, graphic design and compilation of EOIs, tender submissions and marketing exercises as directed by the Regional General Manger.
  • Accountable for coordination, writing and compilation of prequalification's and registrations of interest to current and new clients.
  • Ensure tender documentation meets RFT requirements, company requirements, is accurate and complete.
  • Develop high quality presentations and support materials for tender interviews and workshops.
  • Work with New Business and Strategy team to develop win themes and key messaging and ensure these are clearly articulated in the appropriate places in documents.
  • Develop resourcing strategies in conjunction for upcoming workload and provide input on requirements for additional resources.
  • Work closely with other members of the submissions team, bid teams and state managers to develop successful submissions.
  • Ensure working environment is free from any safety issues. Ensure safety is addressed in each EOI/Tender submission.
  • Input to continual improvement of submissions and associated tender interactions.

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

  • A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential, preferably in Marketing or Journalism
  • A minimum of five years experience in an engineering, submissions or marketing position
  • Deadline driven
  • Adaptable and willing to alter initial ideas throughout the process to better suit any changes that may arise
  • Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects at once
  • Have a strong commitment to 'Home Without Harm.'
  • Be passionate about organisational values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, teamwork and performance excellence.
  • Be a permanent resident of Australia.
