As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking face-to-face services. Your role will include enhancing clients' understanding of processes and procedures related to lodging disputes, submitting licence applications, and notifying unlicensed work. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to regional staff and assist with engagement with stakeholders as required.

ROLE

  • Provide accurate information, advice, and service to customers regarding legislation, services, policies, procedures, and products of the organisation.
  • Interpret and assist with matters relating to the delivery of the organisation's services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organisation's information, services, and procedures, while actively participating in ongoing reviews, quality assurance, and training programs.
  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties, including front counter service, face-to-face customer interactions, and general administrative support.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating resilience when engaging with challenging customers.

YOU

  • Prior experience in a similar customer service role with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Experience in processing, collating, and analysing information using contact centre technology and multiple applications and system databases.
  • A flexible and proactive attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people.
