Senior Business Analyst

ProjX Australia is seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to join our high-performing team. This role is central to improving business efficiency by streamlining processes, driving automation, and ensuring seamless integration across our key platforms, including Dynamics 365, Xero, , Microsoft 365, and any future systems.

About the Role

As a Senior BA Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our business operates at peak efficiency. Your focus will be on
integrating systems, building new solutions, and streamlining processes
to create smarter ways of working. You'll be responsible for:

  1. Leading stakeholder workshops to capture and define business requirements
  2. Designing, developing, and optimising workflows and automations across platforms
  3. Ensuring integration between existing systems and building new solutions where required
  4. Translating business needs into clear, actionable project deliverables
  5. Driving continuous improvement and innovation across business processes
  6. Providing leadership and guidance to project teams
  7. Delivering documentation, analysis, and recommendations to senior management
  8. Championing BA practices to ensure alignment with strategic business goals

About You

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field
  2. 5+ years of senior-level experience in BA, systems integration, or workflow automation
  3. Proven track record in
    process improvement, automation, and system optimisation
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
  5. Confident in leading workshops, engaging stakeholders, and influencing decision-making
  6. Experience with CRM platforms, property industry systems, or enterprise-level projects (highly regarded)
  7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  8. Skilled at balancing technical detail with business strategy
