Senior Business Analyst
to work closely with the engineering and product teams to deliver innovative digital initiatives.

Role Purpose

The Senior Business Analyst will act as the critical link between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment across all stages of delivery. You'll collaborate directly with engineers and business stakeholders, taking ownership of requirements and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to elicit and document requirements.
  • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery.
  • Partner closely with the engineering team to validate feasibility and ensure successful implementation.
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and testing activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices and SDLC.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex initiatives.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of delivery outcomes.
