Chandler Macleod is partnering with a globally recognized, industry-leading cloud software company in Sydney to find their next Analytics Emerging Solutions Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a career in technical pre-sales, combining deep product knowledge with high-impact customer consulting.

The Opportunity This unique 12-month contract is designed as a foundational training and mentorship program, providing a clear pathway to grow into a fully-fledged Solutions Engineer role. You will bridge the gap between sales and technology, demonstrating the transformative power of a leading Analytics/Business Intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do

• Consultative Partner: Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) on customer accounts. You will support discovery sessions, understand business challenges, and craft technical solutions that demonstrate tangible value.
• Solution Design & Demo: Learn how to design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations, showing customers how modern, Agentic Analytics can infuse insights into their decision-making processes.
• Technical Acumen: Rapidly develop expertise in cutting-edge areas, including data integration, AI-powered productivity, generating insights from diverse data forms, and connecting analytics seamlessly to the broader Customer 360 solution.
• Relationship Builder: Build internal and external trust by embodying values like accountability, vision, and empathy, acting as the team's technical expert on the product.
• Market Insight: Gather customer feedback and contribute to the team's understanding of industry trends, helping to position the product effectively against the competition.

What You'll Bring We are looking for motivated individuals ready to dive in and learn

• Experience: Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience).
• Knowledge: Some foundational experience or knowledge of data, AI, and analytics is required.
• Aptitude: A strong passion for technology, curiosity, and an eagerness to solve complex business problems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
