Maserati Australia and New Zealand is proudly distributed by the Ateco Group, Australia's largest independent vehicle distributor, with over 30 years' experience bringing global automotive brands to market across Australia and New Zealand.
We are now seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Sales Planning and Product Specialist to support Maserati's sales and product strategy in Australia and New Zealand. Based at our Sydney head office and reporting to the General Manager, this role will be instrumental in managing volume planning, monitoring dealer performance, and delivering insightful competitor and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning
- Liaise with the GM of Maserati on the monthly vehicle ordering process.
- Coordinate with the Regional Office to ensure accurate sales reporting and meeting performance targets, collaborating with dealers to drive monthly sales volumes.
- Assist in presentations with dealers, the Regional Office, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee Maserati's monthly car flow process.
- Lead month‑end reporting.
Product Management
- Analyze current and future product lines.
- Liaise with the Regional Office to tailor product specifications and pricing strategies to the Australian market.
- Support dealers through bulletins, inquiries, and resolution of order issues.
- Assist with factory order placements, respond to product queries, and help launch Australia-specific special edition vehicles.
- Develop and deliver product knowledge and training content to the Dealer Network.
What You'll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field.
- Direct experience in operations/volume planning management within the automotive industry.
- Dealership and sales exposure with ability to build commercial relationships.
- Project management experience.
- Demonstrable analytical skills, with an ability to solve problems.
- Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills.
