The Evolt team is full of passionate people who are motivated to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of people across the world. We are currently looking for a superstar Customer Support & Warehouse Specialist to join our US team working from our Charleston office.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Regional Service Desk Manager, the Customer Support & Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service and support across our global client base.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent phone, email, chat and ticket orientated support to our diverse range of clients by gathering information, setting expectations and providing the appropriate resolutions or responses.
  • Taking ownership of issues to provide solutions for our clients within the required timeframes.
  • Providing input into the ongoing maintenance of our online support system and into the enhancement of our client support procedures.
  • Using Hubspot to log calls, tickets, chats and to manage escalations.
  • Contribute, question and share knowledge with internal teams for product improvement.
  • Maintain inventory of the all warehouse assets, spare parts and stock items
  • Perform hardware repairs for any units that return to the office for repair needs; as well as assist with the coordination repairs with our distributors in their area of operation.
  • Assisting the warehouse team with the scanner setup and packing process before shipping where required.

  • Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to take an issue and follow it through to resolution.
  • An ability to work collaboratively, and with a positive attitude.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to get in and get the job done.
