As a full-time Customer Service Officer at Limitless Wealth Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing client base.

What you'll be doing:

  • Your primary role will be to work closely with the Financial Planner to provide excellent customer service and administrative support
  • Prepare and organise client documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule appointments and reviews on behalf of your adviser
  • Liaising with clients to request and follow up required information
  • Maintain client databases and update records as necessary (Adviser Logic).
  • Process and track client insurance applications, forms, and paperwork.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a client service role.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative duties.
  • Experience with Adviser Logic CRM highly regarded
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
