Salary Package: circa $83.8k incl super and leave loading, pro rata for part-time hours


Overview

The National Trust NSW is the State's largest community based conservation organisation. It operates a number of important museums and leased historic properties while also looking after a large collection of objects and archaeological artefacts. The Trust is committed to providing educational and cultural services that enhance public knowledge and protect our State's special places.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager IT and Membership Operations, this permanent PT role has a dual focus of:

  • Delivering a high-quality member experience through the accurate and timely processing of membership transactions and the administration and management of data within the CRM system (iMIS), including recurring membership-based operations and data integrity.
  • Developing and enhancing membership satisfaction by providing direct assistance to members. Customer facing, this role is the first point of contact within the organisation for all membership interaction, including phone and email support, as well as assisting with occasional 'walk-in' enquires related to membership.

About you

To be successful in this role, you must be able to multitask; this includes having a structured approach to work, high attention to detail and being able to communicate clearly and effectively with a great phone manner. A positive attitude, the flexibility to meet a wide range of job demands and tight deadlines and an ability to work autonomously or as part of a team are also a 'must'.

This role would suit an experienced data entry officer who has 1-2 years' experience undertaking transaction and record management tasks, using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database within a membership organisation, or possible experience in accounts receivable or a similar position.

Ideally you would also have worked within the NFP sector. Throw in a love of the environment or the protection of heritage and you'd be our perfect candidate.
