We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our Events Team at BGL If you love planning, organising, and bringing people together, this is the perfect role for you. You'll take the lead on delivering BGL's small-to-mid-sized events and webinars globally. From product updates and discovery sessions to virtual experiences that connect and engage our clients.

About you
- You have at least 1 year of experience coordinating events or webinars and are keen to take the next step in your career.
- You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and love collaborating with people across teams.
- You're a problem-solver who can think on your feet and keep calm under pressure.
- Experience with vendor management, logistics, and event tech platforms will make you shine.
Above all, you're passionate about creating memorable experiences and have a can-do attitude that helps make things happen.
What you'll be doing
- Taking ownership of end-to-end planning and delivery for BGL's small-to-mid scale events (under 1,000 attendees) and webinars.
- Coordinating logistics such as venues, merchandise, vendors, and reporting; ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Managing all pre-event, live, and post-event activities, from checklists and briefings through to reviews and reporting.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Client Experience teams to deliver engaging events.
- Supporting the Events Manager on larger projects and stepping in wherever needed.
- Building your knowledge of BGL's products and services so you can confidently bring them to life at events.
