**Welcome to Sports Aid**

We are currently in search of a detail-oriented Sports Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Job Advertisement**: Craft compelling job ads and post them on leading platforms such as Indeed, and Sportspeople to attract top talent.
- **Interview Coordination**: Efficiently schedule virtual and phone interviews for various staff roles.
- **Recruitment Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of all staff details using Google Sheets.
- **Liaison with Sporting Associations**: Collaborate with State Sporting Associations to recruit accredited officials and coaches.
- **Social Media Recruitment**: Utilise social media channels to attract and recruit staff in alignment with operational needs.
- **Connecteam Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff on Connecteam, ensuring all necessary documentation and accreditations are in place.
- **Uniform Distribution**: Oversee the distribution and monitor the status of Sports Aid uniforms for all staff members.
- **Accreditation Assistance**: Provide support to staff members in obtaining Umpire, Referee, or Coaching accreditations.
- **Coordination Support**: Coordinate staff appointments as required to meet operational demands.
- **Shift Allocation**: Efficiently allocate shifts to staff members, ensuring adequate coverage for all events.
- **Staff Management**: Source and manage staff members to ensure adequate coverage for all events.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sports operations or event management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in the AFL and umpiring industry would be highly beneficial.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
