What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Accurately maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant workplace legislation.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Support workplace relations by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting positive work culture.
- Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives.
- Manage training and development programs to upskill staff and promote career growth. Conduct of workplace consultative committees and employee participation initiatives.

- Keep up to date with legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a human resources advisory or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment laws, awards, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
