Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of HR Generalist. This position is responsible for partnering with retail operations and wholesale leaders to provide trusted advice across the entire employee life cycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with people leaders, coaching and guiding on a broad range of human resources matters
  • Support people leaders with career conversations, development plans, and other talent management initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement through various programs and initiatives
  • Coach and guide people leaders in managing employee relations and industrial relations matters
  • Advise on human resources policies to ensure compliance
  • Support recruitment processes while maintaining company culture and values
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment in line with company values
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Use human resources data to make informed decisions
