Job Title: Human Resources Partner
Role Summary:
This is a key role in our organization that requires providing strategic HR advice and support to business areas. The ideal candidate will have current experience in the field, strong relationships building skills and the ability to advise and develop leader capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage Workforce Planning methodologies to devise program solutions for workforce challenges.
- Formulate template tools and review/update Business Area Workforce Plans ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement attraction and sourcing strategies to address workforce shortages.
- Provide expert HR support including employee management, people policies, position approval, appointment & on-boarding and performance management.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to advise and develop their capabilities through coaching.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a complex environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Substantive experience in the Human Resources field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
