Dump It Bins is a commercial skip bin provider based in Smithfield & Arndell Park and we are seeking an Office Administration/ Booking Clerks to join our team.

Full-time Position with Immediate start available

Hours - 7.00am - 3.30pm

Job description

  • First point of contact for all customers
  • Action customers requests in a prompt manner
  • Contacting customers regarding their orders
  • Data entry

Essential Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Clear and confident phone manner
  • Capable of making and taking a high volume of calls
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Great computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Be an effective team player
  • Ability to work Saturdays.
  • Currently have the right to work in Australia.

Desirable Skills

  • Sound understanding of waste industry and skip bins
  • Call centre experience.
