Dump It Bins is a commercial skip bin provider based in Smithfield & Arndell Park and we are seeking an Office Administration/ Booking Clerks to join our team.
Full-time Position with Immediate start available
Hours - 7.00am - 3.30pm
Job description
- First point of contact for all customers
- Action customers requests in a prompt manner
- Contacting customers regarding their orders
- Data entry
Essential Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Clear and confident phone manner
- Capable of making and taking a high volume of calls
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Great problem solving skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Great computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Be an effective team player
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- Currently have the right to work in Australia.
Desirable Skills
- Sound understanding of waste industry and skip bins
- Call centre experience.
