Are you a strategic sales leader ready to make your mark with one of Australia's leading premium hotel brands? Focused on elevated guest experiences and high service standards, we are seeking a Director of Sales to lead MICE business development, drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that deliver results
- Lead, coach and inspire a dynamic and motivated sales team
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships across key markets
- Drive revenue growth across rooms, events, and catering
- Analyse market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Represent the hotel at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Your Profile
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership
- Success in MICE and corporate event sales ideally within a premium hotel environment in the Melbourne market
- A strong track record of achieving – and exceeding – sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking with strong business and financial acumen
- A passion for team leadership and development
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences
