At Weston Creek Family Medicine we aim to provide excellent care to our patients, part of this is having an amazing team that we are wanting to expand.

As part of the reception team, we are committed to supporting you in your journey to be the best receptionist you can be. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Exercising confidentiality regarding patient care and all aspects of the practice
  • Following policies and procedures
  • Liaising with patients, doctors, and team members
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise requests from different team members.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse issues and develop innovative solutions to problems.
  • Answering phones
  • Managing patient accounts and taking payments
  • Updating patient details
  • General housekeeping when necessary
  • Preparing and organising the consult rooms as required
  • Managing patient enquires and emails.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of the practice team.
  • Undertaking other duties as required.

Your Salary will be attractive and commensurate with experience.
