Welcoming patients
Collecting & entering patient details
Schedule appointments
Answer telephone calls/enquiries
Administration support

**Essential Criteria**:
Excellent customer service skills
Computer skills
Professional telephone etiquette

**Desirable**:
Prior experience in a healthcare setting

**In order to maintain the doctor-patient relationship, existing patients of the practice will not be considered for the position.**
