Join Our High-Performing HS2 Team as a Personal Assistant with a Financial Edge

We're seeking a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support our dynamic HS2 team. This is more than just a traditional PA role — we're looking for someone who brings not only the usual top-tier administrative and coordination skills, but also a strong financial acumen to help drive operational excellence.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the right hand to senior leaders, managing diaries, meetings, communications, and travel with precision and professionalism. But what sets this opportunity apart is your ability to support financial reconciliation for PBRC (Monash Health financial program), ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

About You

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • A solid background in finance or accounting, with confidence in reconciling budgets and financial records

  • Discretion, initiative, and a proactive mindset

  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence
