Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, you'll manage the financial operations of the business—creating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining cash flow accuracy using Netsuite CRM. You'll also support daily office functions, acting as a key point of contact, managing records, scheduling, and assisting team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable, invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain precise customer records and financial documentation
  • Resolve payment discrepancies promptly and professionally
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email communications
  • Support administrative tasks including scheduling, record management, and procurement of supplies
  • Foster a positive and efficient office environment

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven background in accounts receivable, invoicing, or bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Netsuite is a plus) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
