The role
You'll take ownership of the Victorian market — driving specification, sales and relationship building with architects, contractors and key decision-makers. You'll bring your energy, your technical savvy and your sales know-how to grow our presence and our impact across the region.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying new opportunities and winning specification business in the architectural / building-product space
- Building and nurturing relationships with architects, specifiers, builders and project stakeholders
- Working closely with the internal CS team (product, technical, operations) to deliver seamless project outcomes
- Representing CS at site visits, trade events, meetings and presentations
- Managing your sales pipeline and forecast accurately — helping shape our strategy for growth
- Acting as the Victorian face of CS — bringing our brand values into every interaction
What we're looking for
- You've got B2B sales experience (ideally within building products, architectural / commercial sector)
- You're comfortable influencing at senior levels and working on specification-driven deals
- You bring strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- You have a proactive mindset — you don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen
- You're able to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines and stakeholders
- Bonus: you've worked with architects/specifiers and understand how product – specification – project phases work
