Do you have the drive and experience to step into an exciting Operations Manager role within our dynamic commercial plumbing business? We're seeking a strong leader who excels in fast-paced environments and can oversee people, safety, compliance, and workflows across multiple sites—while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and cost efficiency.

Your responsibilities will Include:

  • Overseeing onsite teams to ensure operations run efficiently, effectively, and within budget
  • Leading communication between field staff, management, and clients
  • Conducting regular workplace safety and quality inspections, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation
  • Budgeting and financial management of projects including inventory control
  • Maintaining quality control systems and plant/equipment maintenance programs/registers
  • Implementing and enforcing WH&S practices in line with legal and company standards
  • Implementing efficient systems, processes and procedures
  • Recruitment, onboarding, inductions, and apprentice development
  • Overseeing employee management, performance, and vehicle allocations
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships withs existing and prospective clients
  • Overseeing tender processes and negotiations to maximise conversions
  • Contributing to forecasting, budgeting and revenue target setting
  • Representing Empire Plumbing at industry events and networking opportunities as they arise
