Diverse Concreting is a trusted Canberra-based concreting company delivering high-quality outcomes across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With a reputation for precision, reliability, and integrity, we are expanding our operations and seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead from the front.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance
  • Lead and mentor a team of 14 employees and manage 20–30 subcontractors
  • Oversee project delivery including scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and budget tracking
  • Spearhead the rollout of a new CRM system to centralise HR, scheduling, and reporting
  • Ensure WHS compliance and promote a culture of safety and quality
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in operations or project management (construction, concreting, or civil preferred)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of WHS and regulatory compliance
  • Systems mindset, with experience implementing digital tools or CRM highly regarded
