We are looking for.
Are you a skilled digital marketing with a knack for crafting high-impact campaigns that deliver results and would like to focus your efforts wholly on lead generation and campaign delivery? In this role you will spearhead account-based marketing initiatives, build targeted social and paid campaigns (with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn), and drive SEO and content marketing strategies across multiple touchpoints. You will help manage website content and deliver compelling copy and blogs—all aimed at growing our brand presence and attracting the right customers.
Key role responsibilities.
Lead generation & campaigns.
- Plan and execute account-based marketing and targeted lead generation campaigns across owned and paid social channels.
- Optimise campaigns with clear metrics, reporting and a focus on qualified pipeline growth.
- Support SEO strategies and develop content marketing assets that attract and convert leads.
Content development & channel support.
- Create and repurpose content for digital channels: website, social, partnership portals, email campaigns and more.
- Partner with our design team to produce visually appealing assets aligned to our core brand messages.
Website & Social Management.
- Update website and landing pages with fresh copy, blogs and resources to support new campaigns and capture inbound traffic.
- Monitor and report on performance, suggesting optimisations where needed.
About You.
- 4–5 years' experience in digital marketing with deep exposure to digital lead generation and social-driven campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing and targeted LinkedIn/social campaigns.
- Confident copywriter with proven results across multiple content formats.
- Proven experience with SEO and digital paid advertising channels is essential.
- Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
- Confident working with HubSpot or other CRM platforms to manage campaigns, track leads, and report on performance.
