With a strong and growing Fleet operation supported by on-site pre-delivery facilities, a 4x4 Ironman store, and our Trojan Tray business, we're equipped to deliver high-volume Fleet fit-outs with quality and precision.
We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our busyCorporate Fleet team at Croydon. This role will see you provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Fleet Sales Consultants, ensuring that our corporate guests receive seamless, professional service from first contact through to vehicle delivery.
About the Role
As a Fleet Administrator, you will:
- Process vehicle sales contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and manufacturer documentation with accuracy and urgency.
- Coordinate registration, CTP, interstate deliveries, auction returns, and other logistics for fleet vehicles.
- Liaise daily with Pre-Delivery, Sales Consultants, and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.
- Manage guest communications, including quotations, invoicing, and handling enquiries or complaints with care and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate guest and vehicle records in our Dealer Management System (DMS) and update leasing companies on delivery schedules.
- Assist with general administration including stationery orders, IT requests, business cards, uniforms, and mail.
- Support the Fleet Sales team with deal packs, scanning, stock control, finance settlements, and reporting requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to act with urgency and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and guest-focused approach.
- Previous administration or automotive experience (preferred but not essential).
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the confidence to learn dealership systems.
- A positive, solution-focused attitude – you enjoy working as part of a team and are motivated to "make it right" for our guests.
