About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic team at SOI Virtual Services. This is a full-time role based in our Chatswood, NSW office. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing exceptional virtual receptionist services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors to our office in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Providing virtual receptionist services to our clients, including call handling, message taking, and customer service. Plus learning about the Allied Health Industry and becoming a Specialist Virtual Receptionist to manage our Allied Health clients bookings.
  • Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy of client and company information

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate reception or virtual receptionist role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information
