Clear Dental is a premium dental group with nine state-of-the-art clinics across Sydney. Our Chatswood branch is seeking a bilingual Dental Assistant/Receptionist (English & Mandarin/ Cantonese) to join our professional and friendly team. Experience essential.

About the Role
  • Provide chairside support to our dentists with a wide range of dental procedures, including general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.
  • Assist with patient management, from greeting patients at reception to coordinating appointments.
  • Handle phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Ensure sterilisation and infection control standards are met.
  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient clinic operation in a supportive team environment.
About You
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese highly regarded) – essential for effective communication with our diverse patient base.
  • Previous dental assistant or receptionist experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced clinical environment.
