The Firm

  • 5 Partner accounting practice with over 40 staff across Accounting, Bookkeeping and Advisory

  • Xero firm. Modern IT systems and processes

The Role

As one of two Client Services Managers, your key responsibilities will include:

- Client Communication and Support

- ATO Liaison

- Team Coordination and Management

A high level of soft skills is required to effectively manage the team and communicate with clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in working with Xero
  • Advanced Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Minimum of 4 years' administration experience within a public practice accounting environment
  • Executive presence
  • Detailed knowledge of accounting processes
