You will step into the role of a dedicated and visionary Client Service Manager to lead our Client Services teams in improving efficiency and maintaining a client-focussed approach as we grow.

About our Ideal Candidate:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a team-leadership position, preferably in a client-focussed service
  • You have the demonstrated ability to multitask in a high-volume environment, while meeting deadlines
  • You deliver a high quality of work and have good attention to detail
  • You have a track record of effective communication, both verbal and written
  • You have a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to build trust within a team
  • You have the ability to identify issues and collaborate to continually improve business processes and efficiency
  • You can quickly learn new systems and have the ability to explain concepts to others
  • You are passionate about seeing others succeed
  • You have experience in the finance space or financial planning (preferred but not essential)

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Implementation and Review teams workflow, and ensure tasks are allocated and completed efficiently and on-time.
  • Problem-solve and find ways to continually improve our workflow and service delivery in collaboration with the broader team
  • Communicate business and industry changes in a timely manner and ensure the team receive and implement any necessary updates to current processes
  • Manage workflow and projects within Xeppo and XPLAN software, and report on results or insights to leadership team
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication, as a key contact for queries or concerns from clients and team members
  • Learn and understand the Client Service responsibilities and tasks to support the team and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide feedback, training and development opportunities to the team, and assist them to achieve targets and KPIs

Our Client Service team implement, review and maintain new and existing business. They act as a key point of contact for our clients, and provide a high level of customer service while meeting legislative and client-agreement responsibilities.   Our client service teams are dynamic and hard-working, with many studying to progress their career paths.

You'll be leading this team to oversee the day-to-day workflow, ensure targets are achievable and being met, and to create efficiencies and improvements in processes. You'll be responsible for building the team as we grow, and assisting in mentoring the next generation of advisers through career development and internal progression.

You'll also collaborate closely across departments. Work with our Operations, Marketing, and Advisory teams to enhance the customer journey, resolve issues,  and identify areas for improvement. You'll have a leading role in contributing to the success of a high-performing and award-winning business.
