About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team at Clayton and Foster Accountants Pty Ltd in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This role will provide critical administrative support and reception duties to ensure the smooth running of our busy accounting practice.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing a warm and professional reception experience for clients, visitors and staff
  2. Handling general administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
  3. Maintaining office supplies and organising the workplace
  4. Providing support to the accounting team as required, including scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  5. Carrying out other ad-hoc duties to support the overall operations of the practice

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  4. Previous experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role is desirable but not essential
  5. A positive, adaptable and proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
