About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Receptionist on a casual basis who is an absolute team player and happy to jump in and help across our other departments- especially at times supporting our Housekeeping team as we ramp up ready to welcome our guests for summer

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a range of front-line reception services
  • Ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously
  • Assisting in Housekeeping duties at times

What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience (or the ability to quickly master) in booking systems - New Book would be extremely advantageous
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
  • A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
  • Strong administration, written, verbal skills
